General Purpose
Manage company reporting obligations related to greenhouse (GHG) emissions, fuel mix, carbon market allowances and offsets, renewable energy credits (RECs), and renewable portfolio standards (RPS). Maintain compliance and increase efficiency by validating reports and datasets. Develop, manage, and enhance reporting processes, internal controls, and coordination within the Carbon Policy and Reporting team and across departments to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate reporting across disciplines. Identify opportunities to improve data consistency, streamline reporting workflows, and better align GHG and renewable resource reporting, contributing to the company’s broader environmental and regulatory strategy.
Responsibilities
- Manage and implement GHG emissions, fuel mix, and REC reporting requirements in accordance with state statutes, rules, and regulatory guidance documents.
- Review and validate work of carbon reporting analysts and specialists.
- Design, maintain, and continuously improve internal processes, controls, and workflows to ensuring timely, accurate, and scalable environmental reporting across subject areas and disciplines that supports compliance and consistency.
