General Purpose

Provides advice and counsel to management and client organizations. Conducts special studies and analyses, develops alternatives, presents recommendations to management and influences management decisions.  Researches, analyzes, develops and implements new strategies, programs, and/or processes in response to changing internal and external conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a customer first culture and commit to delivering outstanding results for customers.
• Identify and recommend policy, management, procedural, process and system improvements to strategically balance risk and reward.
• Work with various stakeholders to develop systems, processes and solutions related to changes to the Open Access Transmission Tariff  (OATT) and Business Practices. 
• Plan and implement required changes to the (OATT) as well as Business Practices. 
• Develop interventions, processes and modify programs to meet customer needs.
• Provide recommendations and implement process and procedural improvements through research of best practices and effective presentation of information, plans and proposals.
