General Purpose

Provide technical expertise in the specialized fields of substation apparatus, protection and control equipment or communications equipment. Act as an expert to personnel in a specialized field to investigate and resolve problem situations or complex issues. Facilitate internal training for substation journeyman, relay technicians or communications technicians.  Research, analyze, develop and implement new programs, systems and/or processes in response to changing internal and external conditions. Responsibilities

•    Provide technical oversight and guidance to the T&D support staff.
•    Serve as the Company expert in a specialized field and provide authoritative consultation and recommendations to senior management.
