•   Perform inspections/audits to ensure compliance with company’s vegetation management specifications and programs.
•   Communicate to vegetation management staff information on vegetation conditions, clearances and work quality.
o   Provide detailed summaries of inspection/audit or survey findings/exceptions (conditions that are inconsistent with Company specifications).
o   Document findings using the Company’s mobile data management software.

Specifically, the Marketing & Trading Contracts group keeps track of several hundred contracts under which the company carries out its wholesale energy trading business. Contracts include power sale and power purchase agreements, facility ownership agreements, power exchanges and transmission service agreements. The group is responsible for the record keeping, tracking, ongoing maintenance and regular administration of these agreements.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of the Assoc. level position include the following:

Participate as a member of the Marketing & Trading Contract administration team under general supervision.
Perform routine and administrative functions.
Ensure that transactions are conducted and reported in accordance with the requirements of federal and state regulatory agencies and company policies.
Process payments and reconciliation of payments made for studies associated with transmission service applications.
