General Purpose

The manager, applications development is responsible for the suite of complex, in-house developed and vendor systems used across multiple technical platforms. The manager will manage directly and indirectly a diverse team of technology professionals including software engineers, systems and business analysts, project managers and solutions architects to deliver quality technical solutions to complex business needs in a timely manner. The manager will be directly involved in managing the second team that will support the Asset and Work Management (AWM) Information Technology functions for Berhshire Hathaway Energy (BHE) US based affiliates. The manager will work closely with the parallel manager of first AWM IT team and help coordinate workload and priorities between the two.
