Develop and formalize strategic objectives for wildfire mitigation. Create and execute detailed wildfire mitigation plan for California.

Monitor evolving state and federal wildfire-related regulations and proactively adjust strategies to maintain compliance.

Contribute to telecom engineering annual and 10-year budget plan, develop and manage annual risk assessment and provide input to technology lifecycle plans.
Serve as project manager on major projects and/or the most complex system upgrades.
Support contract development for technology vendors.
