General Purpose

Performs management of pre-commercial and commercial energy supply contracts per their terms and conditions, including but not limited to; certifying completion of contractually required milestones, acceptance of commercial operation, compliance, dispute resolution and the invoice settlement function for long-term renewable and non-renewable contracts and agreements. Coordinate and implement solutions for issues related to integration of battery technology in long-term power purchase agreements.

Responsibilities of this position include the following:

Contract Project Management / Long-Term Renewable Power Purchase Agreements 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that pre-commercial long-term renewable power purchase agreements are planned, executed and monitored effectively, contributing to successful advancement of clean energy technologies. 
  • Track pre-commercial construction performance milestones and lead monthly meetings with suppliers. 
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project team, Legal and counterparty. 
  • Manage accurate and up-to-date documentation, monthly reports collection and tracking of daily delay damages and relevant correspondences.
