General Purpose:
Design, deliver, and successfully implement stakeholder processes and outcomes in response to goals and regulatory requirements in California, Oregon, and California. Identify and develop opportunities for broad and diverse stakeholder engagement and incorporation of feedback from stakeholders into business decision making and outcomes. Ensure success of equity-based processes through tracking to stated goals and objectives, statutory and regulatory requirements, and expectations. Implements and supports company programs and policies which have a direct impact on customers and company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop/maintain a stakeholder engagement “playbook,” a tool to assist business units as they stand-up stakeholder processes, including equity-based requirements.
- Direct the development and implementation of Advisory Group requirements to support the equitable distribution of benefits and the reduction of risk for vulnerable populations including the development of new programs for low-income customer support, the reduction of energy burden for vulnerable populations, and other ways to equitably distribute clean energy benefits to utility customers.
