Validate accuracy of load and variable energy resource (VER) forecasts, and dispatch system generation efficiently, to balance the electric system deliver the lowest net power cost solution to customers. 17.3.18 An Outage Coordinator is an employee who: must demonstrate a working knowledge of existing tools (Trouble-up, Mobile-up, CSS, OVS, Power-out, etc.) within the first six month probationary period. If no qualified employees apply, the Company may hire the best-unqualified internal/external applicant.
