Acts as an account manager with both Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) representing PacifiCorp’s interest as a transmission customer and as a trade partner in the wholesale electric markets. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with both BPA and WAPA. Represents PacifiCorp in BPA and WAPA rate proceedings, stakeholder processes, and record of decisions. Forms a partnership with BPA and WAPA to facilitate expansion of organized markets in the West. Works to ensure PacifiCorp retail customers continue to benefit from the BPA Residential Exchange Program. Most of the work and interaction will be with Bonneville Power Administration.

Responsible for transmission pre-schedule, control area checkout, internal (borderline) customer scheduling and checkout; after-the-fact reconciliation and WECC reporting. Serves as a part of a team with rotating job functions, including scheduling, After-The-Fact reconciliation (ATF), E-Tag approval, checkout, and several miscellaneous duties in compliance with NERC/WECC policy.
