budtender working at medical dispensary

Because most medical marijuana dispensaries have become big businesses and run a formal hiring process for hiring new employees. Plus, they must meet certain compliance regulations when hiring new employees.

On the pro side, the legal cannabis industry has added almost 23K new jobs through 2023 and now employs over 440K people across the country. As product sales volumes keep growing, the job outlook for 2024-2025 is equally positive.

If you want to ride this wave, check our budtender cover letter samples below to get some inspiration for your job application.
